Requirements
- Experience working as an account manager in an advertising agency or a related role for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of project management processes, from strategy development to implementation and reporting.
- Ability to work with clients, find an approach, and create long-term relationships.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably in the field of medical marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations and solve clients' problems.
- Knowledge of English at level B2 and above for effective communication with clients around the world.
What should I do?
- Management and development of relationships with international clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordination of work between clients and internal teams (design, contextual advertising, development).
- Developing strategies and proposals for clients, taking into account their business goals and specific needs in medical marketing.
- Ensuring timely project completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Preparation of reports and provision of recommendations to clients for optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Regular communication with clients, organizing meetings, discussions, and maintaining a high level of customer loyalty.
