Account manager

We are looking for a professional account manager to manage client relationships in the field of medical marketing to ensure successful implementation of advertising projects in the international market.

Requirements
  1. Experience working as an account manager in an advertising agency or a related role for at least 2 years.
  2. Knowledge of project management processes, from strategy development to implementation and reporting.
  3. Ability to work with clients, find an approach, and create long-term relationships.
  4. Experience working with international clients, preferably in the field of medical marketing.
  5. Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations and solve clients' problems.
  6. Knowledge of English at level B2 and above for effective communication with clients around the world.
What should I do?
  1. Management and development of relationships with international clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Coordination of work between clients and internal teams (design, contextual advertising, development).
  3. Developing strategies and proposals for clients, taking into account their business goals and specific needs in medical marketing.
  4. Ensuring timely project completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  5. Preparation of reports and provision of recommendations to clients for optimizing advertising campaigns.
  6. Regular communication with clients, organizing meetings, discussions, and maintaining a high level of customer loyalty.
