This Agreement of Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded between the company MeduWorld, registered in the USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") accepting the terms of this Agreement by paying for the services.
2.1. The service provider undertakes to set up a review section on the Customer's website, allowing visitors to leave reviews (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
2.2. The service provider will install this review section within 7 days from the moment of payment by the Customer.
3.1. The customer must make an A-record or NX-record in the domain settings of the customer's website, where the reviews section will be located.
3.2. These settings are entered into DNS to enable the operation of the reviews section on a subdomain from the service provider's servers.
3.3. Specific DNS settings will be provided by the Service Provider within 7 days.
3.4. If the Customer is unable to make these changes, the Service Provider can assist in making them provided temporary access to the Customer's domain settings.
4.1. The service provider will provide a review management system that allows the Customer to view reviews that require moderation or are awaiting approval.
5.1. The cost of information services is according to the selected tariff plan and is paid in advance on a monthly basis.
5.2. The customer has the right to stop further payments at any time, which will result in the reviews section being blocked for users.
5.3. The reviews themselves remain the property of the Customer, who has the right to copy them to any other website and use them at their discretion.
6.1. At the end of the paid period, the services are considered fully provided, and the payment is non-refundable.
6.2. The customer can terminate the services at any time, and the unused portion of the payment must be refunded by the service provider.
6.3. In case the Service Provider is unable to provide services due to the fault of the Customer (for example, DNS settings are not configured or the service request is not completed), the payment is non-refundable.
7.1. Email correspondence between the Customer and the Service Provider has legal force.
7.2. The Customer's official email address is provided to the Service Provider at the beginning of cooperation when filling out a service request.
