When a dental clinic in Los Angeles turned to the MeduWorld agency, they faced growing competition in the market. The clinic was known for its high-quality service, but it needed to strengthen its position in search engines and attract more clients through online channels. The main goal was to increase the number of applications for dental services such as dental implants, cavity treatment, teeth whitening, and orthodontic procedures.

Based on the data received, project manager Michal Tóth has developed a detailed work plan, including launching contextual advertising in Google Ads and targeted advertising campaigns on social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. We focused on key dental services such as implantation and caries treatment, as well as on promoting the clinic as an expert in the field.
For effective audience engagement, an approach focused on local targeting was chosen - people within a 10-15 mile radius of the clinic. This allowed to ensure the maximum number of high-quality applications from potential clients who will be ready to visit the clinic.
Our designer Mariana Solis has created creative materials for advertising campaigns. Visual materials should not only be bright and attractive but also clearly reflect the professionalism of the clinic. We used photos of real procedures to build trust with the target audience. All banners and ads have been adapted to the specifics of each platform to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Our specialist in contextual advertising, Isabela Fernández, has developed a strategy for optimizing advertising campaigns. We have started A/B testing of ads to understand which variations work better. At the same time, based on analytics and constant data, we selected key words, improved targeting, and optimized bids.
The initial results showed a positive trend - the advertising was attracting high-quality leads at a reasonable price. However, in order to improve the results, we continued to make changes, optimizing not only the ads but also the clinic's website, improving its conversion rate.
We have gathered over 1,200 leads, which is an excellent result for dental services. Out of all the applications, 400 people became clients of the clinic.
