Understanding customer needs

From the very beginning, Sophia Bennett, an account manager at MeduWorld, got involved in the work and conducted several consultations with the client to understand their goals and expectations. The client wanted to increase the number of appointments for initial consultations and for specific dental procedures such as implant placement, cavity treatment, and cosmetic dentistry. An important task was to create advertising that could attract not only customers with existing problems, but also those who are just starting to think about their health and appearance.

Contextual advertising strategy

After defining the key objectives, Michal Tóth, project manager at MeduWorld, developed a detailed plan for the advertising campaign. As part of the strategy, we chose two directions: targeted advertising in Google Ads and advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, which not only helped attract new customers but also strengthen the trust of existing ones.

We focused on three main services that the clinic wanted to promote: dental implants, caries treatment and prevention, aesthetic dentistry (teeth whitening and dental prosthetics).

Each of these services has been divided into several subcategories, and a set of keywords has been created targeting specific queries, such as "best dentist in Amsterdam" and "dental implants with guarantee." It was expected that through local targeting, the clinic would be able to attract residents of the city and surrounding areas.

Creatives and design

Mariana Solis, a designer from MeduWorld, was involved in creating attractive and informative advertising materials. Visual elements played a key role in building trust with potential clients. Important aspects included photos of real patients and procedures to not only demonstrate the quality of services but also to increase the level of trust. The design was aimed at creating a sense of professionalism and reliability, which is especially important for medical institutions.

Optimization and testing

Our contextual advertising specialist Elena Taylor has taken on the setup and optimization of advertising campaigns. The main goal was to make the advertisement more conversion-oriented by reducing the cost per lead without compromising the quality of the leads. For this, we conducted A/B testing of various ads, including different messages and creatives.
